Fava's venue is an old Greek house that has been revived after 166 years. We tried to bring our house to light by remaining true to its original with the meticulous restoration work of Saruhan Architecture. This house, which is a good example of traditional Alaçatı architecture, houses two other brands along with Fava. On our upper floor are the Kemalpaşa rooms of Hotel 1850; and at the street entrance of the house is the Karınca store.
This house, which you will enter by passing through a large double-winged door, creates an inspiring atmosphere with the century-old stones on its walls. In such a historical venue, traditional tastes also meet brand new discoveries. Fava's doors open with the first light of spring and welcome its guests together with nature until winter comes. In our indoor area entered from the courtyard, our high wooden ceiling dining and meeting room hosts group invitations; and the fireplace in the garden warms up your conversations even more on cool spring evenings. Our garden, which is located between two Greek houses, is large enough to surprise our guests who stop by from the street. We grow each tree and flower with love.
