My son Kerem and I and our wonderful team are setting up our family tables at Asma Yaprak…

Our family recipes moved from my home kitchen to our restaurant kitchen…
Now, Vine Leaf recipes have been added to the family recipes…
Our table manners, traditions and customs are always with us…
The best part is that these recipes, these tables brought us together with you…
Our family has expanded every passing day…
VINE LEAF FIELD

WHAT IS THE INTENTION, WHAT IS THE FATE?
I don’t remember how many years have passed, but I thought it was the right time to publish the Asma Yaprakağı Book and I sped up the work… I even added photo shoots to this work…
My very dear friend Bahar Kitapçı came and photographed our kitchen, our fields, our flowers, our insects, everything that tells about us for a month…
There were meetings with the publishing house, etc., but it seemed like we were not ready… Something was missing…
There was no pressure for a book when you were living life in its flow… I let my writings go… I chose to wait…
I remembered the book as the jingling memory with the photos appeared from time to time… But the feeling inside me was always that I was glad I was waiting…
Last summer, a year ago, we talked with Kerem and decided to renew our website…
Of course, photos were needed for the site…
Well, we had some great ones too... We decided to use them...
So the photos of the site you are looking at are photos taken for our book… They are very valuable…
